Olive: Women Ask Questions They Have Answers To For Validity

In most relationships, women pose questions to their male partners more than the latter do. Could women be posing the tricky questions as a way of trapping their boyfriends or husbands?

Today on The Fatboy Show, RX Radio presenter Olive Najjuma said women ask questions to which they have answers to verify what their partners told them earlier.

“For me to be sure of what you said, to ascertain that it was true, I’m going to ask you the same question after some time,” she said. Adding, “sometimes we want validity for our own opinion. I could have an idea about something but I need to ask someone else to know if I’m right or wrong.”

However, many women get upset after hearing the honest opinions they were searching. According to facts.com, 80 percent of women ask rhetorical questions to which they have answers but want to verify what they already know or have heard.

Olive further noted that women ask such questions not because they need answers, but to know the truth based on the body language of their partner.

A caller on the show named Bashir opined that women generally ask questions they have answers to because they want to hear something different probably a sweet lie.

“She can ask a question and when you tell her something else, she doubts what she knows. Because by the time she asks, she either knows or has ideas all over the place about what she wants to find out,” said Bashir.

He added that most times women will not want to believe what they know hence asking to confirm or drop their thoughts which makes some men lie.

The Fatboy show is hosted by James Onen aka Fatboy, Olive, and Sarah every weekday from 6 am to 10 am on RX Radio.
