While discussing Dating and Relationships, The Fatboy Show Presenter Olive Najjuma said that only money would reunite her with an ex-lover.
Olive was responding to Fatboy’s question of what would compel a reunion with her ex between sex and money.
“Uh…money, because sex is fun until you’re broke. I understand that matters of the heart can be complicated, but going back for sex after you’ve had like 3-4 times of good fun, I feel like it gets stale, yet sometimes you’re putting everything on the line for just a moment of self-gratification,” she explained.
According to Olive, sometimes women like single mums get good partners that promise love and take responsibility for their children, but when their exes return, they give in and lose good spouses for an ex that may dump them again.
“So why would you put everything on the line? You know, sometimes exes come back into your life to ruin it once again. They see you settled and happy and be like, 'let me see if she’s over me...' and women fall into these traps all the time,” she exclaimed.
In contrast, Fatboy said people experience behavioral change and thus deserve second chances.
“Well, I believe in second and even third chances. I believe people are capable of change, so if I encounter someone from the past and it happens that I’m not committed to anyone, I’ll be happy to have a conversation, honestly. Of course, I would not just jump in but I’d be open to a conversation by giving them a chance to prove themselves,” Fatboy said.
He was even shocked to learn that people in this era still break up because of issues such as cheating. He said that in the event that he caught his girlfriend sending nudes to another man, he would ask her to send him too.
