At the Nigerian airport last week, 16 bags of donkey genitalia were intercepted by the Nigerian customs officers as it was being prepared allegedly for shipping to Hong Kong.
Reportedly the bags contained 7000 pieces of male donkey organs to be used as ingredients in a traditional Chinese herbal medicine called ejiao used against low libido and for making beauty- anti-aging products.
On the Fatboy show today, James Onen surmised that men could save the donkeys if they focused on more productive things other than low libido.
"If you are a guy with low libido, why not leave it at that and find something else to do with your time," Fatboy wondered.
He explained that low libido is not a disorder like erectile dysfunction, where the male organs can't keep up an erection during intercourse but is usually a temporary issue resulting from stress.
"If you have low libido, it means you don't want sex. You could have just had a long day, then your girl comes strip teasing in front of you but you reject her offer. At that point, you might want to rest and not consume the donkey's organs. The problem could be a temporary lack of interest," he explained.
Olive Najjuma, the co-presenter of the show said whereas temporary low libido can be normal, some men could find themselves with both low libido and erectile dysfunction.
"It could be both because, by the time people seek medical help, it is beyond low libido but also the failure to get up," she said
The Fatboy show is hosted by James Onen aka Fatboy, Olive, and Sarah every weekday from 6 am to 10 am on RX Radio.
