Fatboy: Only One Person Has Since Followed My Weight Loss Advice

James Onen, who was nicknamed 'Fatboy' because of his previous weight, still amazes people because of how lean he is today.

He said on the morning show that while many people flock his DMs, only a few have implemented his advice.

“I have been advocating for healthy eating. I have a few people that reach out to me. But there is only one person I have advised and took on the advice,” said Fatboy.

He added, “I have seen this person post pictures of the progress made. She has changed her eating habits and is now a bit of a fitness buff. To me, it is encouraging, but the 50 - 60 other people who inbox me monthly asking me what my secret is, I never hear back from them.”

James was talking about how Dr. Paul Kasenene, a nutritional, functional, and Lifestyle Medicine specialist who helps people achieve optimal health and well-being through natural, dietary & lifestyle, is gaining massive influence and recognition on Twitter.

Dr. Kasenene is known for using the platform to encourage and promote healthy eating. Many people find his advice hard to follow since it restricts them from their favorite proteins and carbohydrates.

Although he is making remarkable strides in healthy feeding, Fatboy wondered whether people were getting impacted by his message and adopting the lifestyle he preaches.

“Do people read and respond just to make fun, or do they follow his advise,” Fatboy wondered. His co-host Olive Najjuma was certain that some people follow his advice. However, she also wondered if he was making money.

She was concerned at the rate at which people do not want to put in the hard work but want quick results.

She gave the example of how she suffered from acne, and now that her facial skin is better, people ask about what she uses, but the people never want to invest in the time and effort.

The Fatboy show is hosted by James Onen aka Fatboy, Olive, and Sarah every weekday from 6 am to 10 am on RX Radio.
